Description and Symbolism

On the World card we see a woman dancing in the middle of a wreath, which represents an accomplishment. She holds a wand in each hand, referring to balance of the opposites. A piece of lilac cloth is loosely wrapped around her body. The angelic beings in the corners are the same as in the Wheel of Fortune card. They symbolize the four fixed signs of the zodiac, Leo, Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius and the alignment of the stars in our favor.
General Meaning
​
The World is the last card of the Major Arcana and has the number 21, which can be reduced to 3 symbolizing a manifestation. The World is about the achievement of a big life goal. It could mean that you are at the peak of your career or that you have finally met the person you want to spend your life with. It also indicates the completion of a cycle. Maybe you just finished your studies and now you can finally start to work in your preferred field. In a future position it indicates a very good outcome and the fulfillment of your wishes. Another meaning of this card is travelling. It can indicate that you are about to go on a journey or move to a different country. This card can also symbolize an expansion. A whole new world might open up to you.
Love Meaning

In a love reading the World can symbolize that you have achieved something you wished for. It could mean that you have met the person that seems perfect for you and just makes you feel whole. This person is probably someone you can imagine getting married to. For singles it can indicate that the fulfillment of your wishes is near or that you just feel whole and happy being single. Another meaning of the World is getting access to a new world. Maybe you met someone from a different background and now you experience a lot of new things with them.

As Feelings
​
If you ask how someone feels for you, the World can indicate that the person in question feels like it is an accomplishment that they have met you. It could be that you are what they have been looking for. If they are planning to start a family and share their life with someone, they possibly see you as that person. Another meaning could be that they feel like they get access to a different world through you. Maybe they come from a very different background and feel like you can show them many new things.

Negative or reversed Meaning
​
When the World has a negative meaning or if it appears reversed, it can indicate that at the time you feel like you are not in the right place in your life. This could mean that you dont have the job, that you really want, or that you are in a relationship that, you know, will take you nowhere. It can also mean that there is a delay in achieving a goal or that a goal cannot be reached at all.
